In order to prevent project implementation failure, this phase involves specific actions, such as:

• Monitoring and coordination of activities proposed in the project
• Biding and tendering for the products/services included in the project
• Periodic reporting on project progress/status
• Payment files elaboration for funds transfer

In order to elaborate and implement a project successfully, close collaboration between the solicitant and the client is essential. Therefore, we consider that the project team named by the client needs to be actively involved in the project elaboration as well as on the entire implementation period.
