As each organization is unique, during this phase, the Pegas consultant will gather information to get a clear image of your organization, so that the consulting program will be customized to fit your needs perfectly.

Phase 2: Top management team training on the management system to be implemented
Management system implementation is a complex issue, regardless of company size or area of activity. Therefore, top management support is absolutely critical. If it is not properly supported by management from the start, such project will most likely fail before completing the initial phases.

Phase 4: Management system implementation through employee general training
The newly created management system implementation is performed through employee training on internal procedures relevant to their activity. The training courses will be held by the Pegas Consultant and the appropriate process owners.

Phase 5: Selection of certification firm
In case your company has no preference in regards to the certification firm, Pegas can help you select the appropriate certification firm. Moreover, Pegas will be present during the certification audit.

Phase 6: Internal auditor training
In order to ensure continuous application for the newly created management system, the Pegas consultant will provide you with a 2 day training program and training materials for the persons assigned by you to be the internal auditors.

Phase 7: Internal audit
In order to verify that the implemented standard requirements are fulfilled; the newly trained internal auditors will perform an audit under the Pegas team supervision. Additionally, any certification firm will require evidence of at least an internal audit activity undertaken within your company.

Phase 8: Assistance during the pre-certification and certification audit
It is in the interest of your company to perform a pre-audit before the certification audit. The best way to undertake the pre-audit is to assign it for execution to the selected certification firm. The final certification audit is usually performed one month after the pre-audit. The Pegas consultant will be present at your company to analyse the certification audit conclusions and check the results together with your management team.
