• Documentation to gain knowledge and relevant information in order to perform analytical work
• Report preparation and analysis for different consulting projects
• Issues identification and feasible solutions/alternatives recommendations
• Participation in internal projects for service delivery improvements
The ideal analyst profile:
• University degree: undergraduate or graduate
• Excellent analytical skills
• General knowledge of business and area of interest
• Proven interest and motivation to succeed and to gain experience in management consulting
• Very good communication skills
• Solid computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Consultant
Some of the responsibilities of a Pegas consultant are:
• Active participation in consultancy projects execution and activities coordination to achieve client objectives and expectations
• Collaboration with other team members to elaborate methods and innovative solutions for clients
• Regular communication with clients regarding the status and follow up actions taken in activities allocated to him/her
• Participation in and coordination of internal projects for service delivery improvements
The ideal Pegas consultant has:
• Graduate studies (MBA or equivalent )
• An excellent capability for analysis and synthesis
• Solid knowledge in management consulting or relevant experience in the consulting area of interest
• Very good communication skills
• Proven interest and motivation to better experience and promote in leadership positions
• Interest and orientation towards work quality and performance in service delivery
Manager
A manager within Pegas performs the following tasks:
• Planning and coordination of consulting projects
• Deliverables review to ensure quality and meet client expectations
• Internal projects coordination for service delivery improvements
• Active participation in initiatives for business development and service offerings
The ideal Pegas manager has:
• Proven team leader and project management qualities
• Interest and motivation to be involved in promotion and service offering activities
• Expertise in his/her consulting area and aspiration to promote in leadership positions
Director
A director within Pegas is responsible for:
• Coordination of multiple consulting projects in his/her area of expertise
• Communication with client top management/ project owners and Pegas partners regarding the projects status and issues resolution
• Initiation and implementation of strategic initiatives related to his/her consultancy area
• Coordination of service offering and promotion initiatives

• Expertise and solid reputation in his/her consultancy area
• Proven results in Pegas service promotion and selling activities
• Proven leader capabilities
